Ejector

Working principle of ejector: When the pump impeller rotates at high speed, the liquid is ejected from the nozzle at high speed. When the high-speed flowing liquid passes through the gas mixing chamber, a vacuum is formed in the gas mixing chamber, and a large amount of gas is sucked in by the air guide pipe. After the gas enters the gas mixing chamber, it is violently mixed with the liquid at the throat to form a gas-liquid mixture, which is discharged from the diffusion pipe. The gas rises in the water body as fine bubbles, forming efficient material transfer in the whole process. It can disinfect, oxygenate and purify the water body.
1. Simple structure, no complex mechanical parts.
2. Efficient energy conversion and material transmission can be achieved.
3. Applicable to a variety of fluids, including gas and liquid.
4. Corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and highly adaptable.
The main uses of ejectors:
1. Generate negative pressure: Due to the special physical effect of high-speed jets, ejectors are often used to generate negative pressure in some industrial applications.
2. Aeration: A multi-purpose aeration method developed using the principle of jet negative pressure. Strong water flow and gas are mixed and sprayed, and the mixing is uniform and complete. The bubbles generated are many and delicate, and the dissolved oxygen efficiency is high.
3. Water treatment: Ejectors can be used in the water treatment industry to increase the dissolved oxygen required in sewage treatment.
4. Aquaculture: In aquaculture, ejectors can effectively increase the oxygen content in water and promote the growth of aquatic animals.
Precautions:
1. Prevent solid objects such as mud and sand from blocking the outlet.
2. The outlet should not be higher than the ejector.
